Paul appears on Discovery Channel!

Paul recently appeared on the Discovery Channel's series "SuperShips". The series highlights the top ten ships in the world, from the largest super tankers to the fastest powercraft, each episode focuses on a ship and what makes it one of the top vessels in the world.

In this particular episode, "SuperShips" focussed on the new research ship "Kilo Moana" ("Ocean Explorer" in Hawaiian) one of the newest and most sophisticated research vessels ever built. The Kilo Moana is a SWATH (Small Waterplane Area Twin Hull) whose unique design affords scientist and their equipment a extremely level and stable platform to perform their work.
Virtually everything on the Kilo Moana is controled by computer (the entire system is run on a Windows 2000 network) and Paul is seen here describing part of that system to the camera.
