vSHIP™ Man Overboard Simulator Announced

vSHIP™ Man Overboard Simulator (vSHIP™ MOB) is an interactive training system that teaches seagoing personel how to effectively search for, and recover, a crewman that has fallen over the side. Intended for both ship's officers and crew, the training system includes, not only an interactive classroom, but also a full ship simulator. While using the simulator, the student can view the progress of their recovery from 3 viewpoints: the ship's bridge, a lookout post or from the perspective of the crew in the water. Anticipated delivery is Fall 2006. More information can be found on the PMUdesign website.
